City Settles Civil Case Against vindictive parking agent

I'm pleased to announce another positive result we achieved for our client recently in a Civil Rights case against the City of New York.

The case arose when a disgruntled parking agent maliciously, and without reason, issued a parking ticket to our client, then told the client that he was going to get the client arrested.  He falsely accused our client of assault and numerous violations and the responding officers, naturally, arrested him.

The City fought our client through three Court systems to unsuccessfully bolster the bad conduct of the traffic agent but our client prevailed in all three: the parking ticket was thrown out, the criminal case was dismissed presumably after the DA finally interviewed the defendant traffic agent. Finally, the civil case ended in a payout to another satisfied client!
